Today we’re unboxing the Logitech G Pro X Gaming Headset with Blue Voice Microphone Technology.
The G Pro X is Logitech’s high end wired headset in the Pro lineup. Alongside the company also offers a regular “Pro” without the Blue Voice feature and “Pro X Wireless” headset, which includes everything of the Pro X but also has wireless capabilities.
Getting started with the unboxing, we can already see that Logitech has put a lot of effort into the packaging design and experience. The box features a matte black design, with glossy PRO logo. On the sides we can see the E-Sports teams Logi has teamed up with and also use the headset and gear.
Opening the box, the inside carefully slides out, revealing the headset and the Pro X DAC. Taking out the headset and DAC reveals the rest of the contents.
In the box we’ll then find:
- PRO X Gaming Headset
- Memory foam & leatherette ear pads
- Memory foam & cloth ear pads
- USB External sound card
- Detachable mic
- 2m cable with inline volume and mute
- Mobile cable with button
- Y splitter for separate mic and headphone ports
- Carrying bag
- User documentation
The headset feels extremely high quality, and for the price point it feels more premium than other competing headsets such as the HyperX Cloud 2. For the weight the G Pro X comes in at around 320g, making it slightly heavier than most others, but wearing it feels still very comfortable.
